Bandon, named after a town in Ireland, is a small community in Coos County, Oregon, on the south side of the Coquille River on the south coast of Oregon.
Bandon has a beautiful rugged beach and rock strewn coastline especially near the Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge.
